Batching
There may be variations in the colour, size, texture and shade in each tile batch. If you require additional tiles, contact us at sales@wellsons.com.au so we can make sure the order will match your existing tile batch.
Tile sizes
For the ease of use a ‘standard size’ of tile size is shown, it is often rounded to the nearest whole number, for example, a 300mm x 300mm is displayed. Depending on the manufacturer there may be a slight variation in the tile size and the actual size of the tile may be 298mm x 299mm. You will need to consider the actual size of the tile and the tile grout joints and patterns will line up.
Wellsons advises you to choose carefully as we are not able to give refunds due to a change of mind. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase but will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept partial returns, leftover or damaged tiles and accessories for exchanges or refunds. Please use our calculator as a guide to help you purchase correct amount.
All approved exchanges will be required to be returned back to Wellsons warehouse in Greenacre with the postage paid by the customer.
