The impact of Covid-19 has caused international shipping delays and created limitation on the supply of products and materials. Concurrently, the increase activity in the renovation sector in the past year has meant there is higher demand for products and quick delivery.
As always, we will continue to deliver our goods Australia-wide but please be mindful there delays can occur as our couriers are experiencing demand higher than normal.

For door deliveries on our heavy duty products to single story houses, our couriers have the required equipment to unload your items securely and safely.
Deliveries to the door for apartments or sites that are not as accessile, the driver will require assistance to move the products. When notified of the delivery date, please ensure you plan ahead and have someone on site to provide assistance to the driver.
Direct ship products will be dispatched within 24 hours from receiving the order. These items will be packed and ready to ship on the same day. The items are dispatched from our warehouse and will take 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping address.
Note: if your order consist of direct ship and standard ship and / or custom ship items, the order will be shipped based on the longest shipping period. Upon request, we can organise a partial order fulfillment for instant ship items to be dispatched first if required.

Made to orders such as vanities and some tapware are custom ship. All products are custom-made in Australia. The lead time for our Australian vanity manunfactures are as follows:

Delivery Times
We aim to provide you with an accurate delivery time however once the item is shipped - we will be unable to control any delayed caused by the couriers. Rest assured - you can reach out to us if there are any issues and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
If you cart contains a variety of items that are Direct Ship, Standard Ship and Custom Ship - all items will be shipped at once. Please use the product with the longest lead time in this circumstance. If you require items that fall under Direct Shop or Standard Ship first, contact us on 1300 265 812 and we will be able to arrange this for you. Fees and charges will apply for this request.
Remote Locations
If you are located in a remote location, it may be inaccessible for the courier to deliver your items to you. If this is the case, we can organise your items to be dispatched to the closest Post office or transport depot for you to pick up.
Transit Damage
All items that are delivered to you are covered by insurance. Upon recieving your item, you must inspect it to make sure there are no damages to the product. If your claim falls outside of the 24 hour window since you have received the item your claims will be void.
Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
For door deliveries on our heavy duty products to single story houses, our couriers have the required equipment to unload your items securely and safely.

A redelivery fee may apply if the driver is unable to deliver the items to you when on site.
Authority to Leave
A request for an authority to leave (ATL) at the door will be your responsbility to ensure the item is not damaged, lost or stolen after the delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Free Delivery
Items that are free delivery is quoted under the assumption the order will be dispatched together. If separate deliveries are required, you can contact us for a quotation.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery fee is quoted as per a single delivery only.
Direct Ship Items
Direct ships items is based on stock availability at the warehouse. If an items quantity exceeds the amount available for direct ship, we will only be able to dispatch what is readily on hand. If this is the case, you will be notified by our team member.
Out of Stock Products
If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with a estimated date of dispatch or schedule a delivery time that best suits you.
