The Thermoscreed matting is available in a kit which includes all the items (except insulation) that you will require for installation of your underfloor heating. Please note: The cloth tape is the standard fixing method and is included in the kits however alternate fixing methods are available.
Kit items include: Thermoscreed Cable, Cloth tape, White Programmable Thermostat (5220A), Floor Temperature Sensor, Sensor Conduit, Cable Monitor(6025), Installation Guide & Warranty Form.

The heating output per m2 can be adjusted by varying the cable spacing to achieve your architects designed heating output for the room. We recommend an output of 180-220m2 under screed.
