SHIPPING & DELIVERY

To find out the shipping cost to your delivery address, please use our shipping calculator as a guide. Deliveries are made with our trusted partnered couriers and you will receive a tracking number when the goods have left the warehouse. You can use the tracking number to give you an idea of the estimated delivery date. All freight will be delivered on pallets to the front of the property only. All orders over 1000kg please contact our team for Shipping Rate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Wellsons advises you to choose carefully as we are not able to give refunds due to a change of mind. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase but will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept partial returns, leftover or damaged tiles and accessories for exchanges or refunds. Please use our calculator as a guide to help you purchase correct amount.

All approved exchanges will be required to be returned back to Wellsons warehouse in Greenacre with the postage paid by the customer.

SAMPLES

To assist you in making the right decision at the time of purchase of your tiles, Wellsons recommends our customers take advantage of our $15 sample pack. A sample box allows you to choose 5 samples tiles for you to touch, feel and to help you make an informed decision. Making it convenient for you, the sample box will be delivered to your door. The $15 is redeemable when you purchase tiles at Wellsons. Please note the $15 is redeemable on with one transaction.
